PS trainees having completed the preservice component of their training embark on the next phase, called the internship phase.
Trainees are assigned to schools/centres where they will have teaching experience within a classroom or group setting, and experience being part of an education community reaching out to the children.
They will learn as they teach and be guided by mentors and more experienced teachers. Interns learn and grow with their peers. This practical work experience is an opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills into actual situations with guidance.
