I close my eyes and I can see
A world that’s waiting up for me
That I call my own
Through the dark, through the door
Through where no one’s been before
But it feels like home
They can say, they can say it all sounds crazy
They can say, they can say I’ve lost my mind
I don’t care, I don’t care, so call me crazy
We can live in a world that we design
‘Cause every night I lie in bed
The brightest colors fill my head
A million dreams are keeping me awake
I think of what the world could be
A vision of the one I see
A million dreams is all it’s gonna take
A million dreams for the world we’re gonna make
There’s a house we can build
Every room inside is filled
With things from far away
The special things I compile
Each one there to make you smile
On a rainy day
They can say, they can say it
all sounds crazy
They can say, they can say we’ve lost our minds
I don’t care, I don’t care if they call us crazy
Runaway to a world that we design
Every night I lie in bed
The brightest colors fill my head
A million dreams are keeping me awake
I think of what the world could be
A vision of the one I see
A million dreams is all it’s gonna take
Oh, a million dreams for the world we’re gonna make
However big, however small
Let me be part of it all
Share your dreams with me
You may be right, you may be wrong
But say that you’ll bring me along
To the world you see
To the world I close my eyes to see
I close my eyes to see
Every night I lie in bed
The brightest colors fill my head
A million dreams are keeping me awake
A million dreams, a million dreams
I think of what the world could be
A vision of the one I see
A million dreams is all it’s gonna take
A million dreams for the world we’re gonna make
For the world we’re gonna make

The pandemic and politics in Myanmar today,
Have harmed children’s learning in many ways.
Schooling is delayed, chances are torn,
Dreams and hopes for the future are worn.
Battling these struggles, we try to cope,
As the country seems darker, we hold onto hope.
Here we come to Pyinya Sanyae
The brightest light during the darkest time
We all gather as Batch sixteen,
From different ethnic —
Kachine, Kayan, Tamil, Chin.
Burmese, Akha, and Kayin too,
Excited to meet new faces.
This is the mission we refer.
To nurture competent teachers,
To be lifelong learners on the way,
To give holistic education each day.
And care the vulnerable children we meet,
And face hard times with moral feat.
Thank You, Lord, for blessings bright,
For teachers, friends, and guiding light.
With grateful hearts, to You we pray,
And lift our thanks in joyful way.
To teachers dear, our joy we send,
For guiding us from start to end.
Through support, wisdom, love, and grace,
You helped us each to find our place.
From day one, all twenty-six stood,
Through every trial—we understood.
In pain and tears, in joy and laugh,
We’ve grown as one through all these years.
Together still, we lift our plea—
One heart, one soul, in unity.
There were five seas we have crossed,
Greeting is the start of loss.
We came to know each other deep,
The subjects were new and sparked our minds,
Reflections sometimes made us weep.
They helped us grow in thoughtful kinds.
This is not just a school we roam,
It’s truly now our second home.
Peers as warm as siblings and friends,
Teachers’ care that never ends.
Their curiosity lifts us high,
Their support helps us soar and try.
We had our practicum, teaching children with care,
It was not just teaching, but moments we’d share.
We enjoyed each lesson, with hearts open wide,
It’s not only a learning ride,
We’ve rolled over the sea with pride.
We laugh, we cry, we joke and tease,
But we never stop or leave with ease.
Thank You, Lord, for blessings bright,
For teachers, friends, and guiding light.
With grateful hearts, to You we pray,
And lift our thanks in joyful way.
To teachers dear, our joy we send,
For guiding us from start to end.

Together still, we lift our plea—
One heart, one soul, in unity.
We are chosen from the start,
We hold this journey close to heart.
Because we don’t let the chance slip by,
We reach for dreams that touch the sky.
Ready to hold our candles, with purpose as guide.
For one year in the field, we’ll stand strong and true,
We will always remember the mission we pursue.
Lord We Pray for Golden Peace
Lord we pray for golden peace,
peace all over the land may all men dwell in liberty,
all walking hand in hand…
Banish fear and ignorance, hunger thirst and pain . .
Banish hate and poverty
(Let no one live in vain.)2
Keep us all for ever more, one in love and grace, Wipe away all war and strife, Give freedom to each race. (2)
Banish fear and ignorance, hunger thirst and pain . . Banish hate and poverty. Let no one live in vain. (2)
Let your justice reign supreme and righteousness be done
Let goodness rule the hearts of all, and evil be overcome. (2)
Banish fear and ignorance, hunger thirst and pain . Banish hate and poverty; (Let no one live in vain.)2
